This FREE Name Change Clinic is open to all adult residents of Monroe County, PA, including transgender, non-binary, gender non-conforming, and victims of abuse. Volunteer attorneys trained in the process will be available to assist you in preparing your name change petition.
This event is to help individuals who may want to change their name but don’t wish to have the name change petition published. A waiver of the publication requirement and waiver of filing fees may be waived for those who meet specific financial requirements.
