The Monroe County Bar Association, in conjunction with The Pardon Project, is offering a free Pardons and Expungements Clinic to assist qualified individuals with the process of filing for a pardon or expungement for conviction(s) in Monroe County, PA.
The Clinic is scheduled for Saturday, October 5, 2024, at the Bar Association between the hours of 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, by appointment only. Eligibility requirements must be met.
Please have the following information available in order to complete the eligibility application:
Contact Information, including
- Full Name (first, middle, last)
- Any aliases
- Full Address (house/building number, street name, city, state, postal code)
- Phone number (where messages can be left). We will contact you directly with questions and/or appointment information.
- Email address (that is monitored). We will email you with appointment information, if applicable.
Date of Birth
Social Security Number
Household Income*
*Includes ANY and ALL income into the household for any individual 18+ years of age. Includes but is not limited to wages, social security income and/or disability, child and/or spousal support, SNAP benefits.
Please be prepared to provide a breakdown per individual and/or type of income.
Failure to complete the eligibility application in its entirety will result in a delay of processing. The deadline for submitting an eligibility application is Friday, September 27, 2024.
A representative from the Monroe County Bar Association will contact you with your appointment time if you meet the eligibility requirements.
