2007 Swearing In Ceremony This year the Monroe County Courthouse was pleased to welcome five (5) new attorneys at a swearing in ceremony before the Bench on Monday, December 17th, 2007. The ceremony was presided over by The Honorable President Judge Ronald E. Vican in Courtroom #1. Attending Judges included The Hon. Linda Wallach Miller, The Hon. Jerome P. Cheslock, The Hon.
