The MCBA Lawyer Referral Service gives you the opportunity to speak to an attorney for up to one half hour for which you may be charged no more than $25.00. All of the lawyers referred by the service are members in good standing of the Monroe County Bar Association, have experience in their selected fields of law and are governed by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the Rules of Professional Conduct. During the consultation, you and the attorney should discuss all the facts relating to your case. The lawyer will then discuss procedures that will be involved in handling the matter for you. You and the attorney should discuss the fees to be charged for his/her services and how that fee will be determined. In order to be eligible for the discounted consultation, you MUST send an email to the attorney by clicking on the link below the attorney's information. The attorney will then know that you have been referred by the Monroe County Bar Association Lawyer Referral Service.
