New Judges For the Court of Common Pleas of Monroe County Forty-Third Judicial District Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Swearing-In Friday, December 30th, 2005 Monroe County Courthouse Stroudsburg, PA 18360
	President Judge Ronald E. Vican, presides over the swearing-in ceremonies. Seated at the Bench are The Hon. Linda Wallach Miller and The Hon. Jerome P. Cheslock.   Jonathan Mark, former Mayor of Stroudsburg takes the oath of office. Standing by his side are wife Kelly and sons, Casey 11 and Conor 13. Many well wishers filled Courtroom #1 of the Monroe County Courthouse. Judge Mark replaces the retired Judge Peter J. O'Brien.   The Honorable Arthur L. Zulick who has been serving as an interim Judge since Summer will now have a permanent seat on the Bench.
