GENERAL
CLASSIFIED ADVERTISING POLICY
To
Classifieds
The Monroe County Bar Association (MCBA)
will accept no advertisement that, in the discretion
of the Monroe County Bar Association, appears to
discriminate on the basis of age, gender, race,
religion or sexual preference. The MCBA will accept
no advertisement that, in the discretion of the MCBA,
appears to encourages its readers to violate the
Pennsylvania Supreme Court Rules of Professional
Conduct. Finally, the MCBA reserves the right to
accept or reject any advertising for any reason at
its sole discretion. Appearance of advertisements on
the Monroe County Bar Association website does
not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by
the MCBA of the goods or services offered therein.
Advertisers are responsible for the editorial content
of these advertisements. The classified ads will be
posted on the MCBA homepage, www.monroebar.org,
for approximately one month. Advertising contracts
begin on the 1st of each month.
Opportunities for Attorneys Advertisements: The
Monroe County Bar Association encourages
employers to answer all responses they receive to ads
appearing in these pages. However, the MCBA does not
and cannot control or monitor the degree of employer
response, which is entirely at the discretion of the
employer.

Advertising is accepted from both members and
non-members of the Monroe County Bar
Association.
- Ads
are prepaid (non-refundable).
Check/money order accompanies written ad
copy, and is payable to the Monroe County Bar
Association.
- Ad
copy by telephone is NOT accepted. Ad
copy by fax is NOT accepted where
payment is due.
- A
maximum of 100 words per ad is
allowed. Abbreviations are at the discretion
of the publisher.
