17 04/22/2010 The Supreme Court of PA has ordered..."that no fees shall be imposed against a defendant in a criminal proceeding for the utilization of an installment payment play." [Order, 03/31/10]. Accordingly, this court's April 14, 2008 Administrative Order directing the collection of a Ten ($10.00) Dollar processing fees is TERMINATED, effective immediately.

Pursuant to Pa.R.Crim.P. 117, to ensure sufficient availability of Magisterial District Judges to provide services required by the Rules of Criminal Procedure and the Protection from Abuse Act.
     
20 02/09/2009 Pursuant to Pa.R.Crim.P. 117, the following procedures shall be utilized to ensure sufficient availability of Magisterial District Judges to provide, within the Forty-third Judicial District, those services required by the Rules of Criminal Procedure and the Protection from Abuse Act.

Administrative Order 21 signed February 4, 2010, (Public Access to Magisterial District Court Records) is rescinded, effective with the publication of this order in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
25 09/10/2010 In accordance with the Judicial Code 42 Pa.C.S. § 4301(b), the following procedures shall be utilized to ensure a policy is in place to govern public access to the paper records of the Magisterial District Courts within the Forty-third Judicial District.
