imposed against a defendant in a criminal proceeding for the utilization
of an installment payment play." [Order, 03/31/10]. Accordingly,
this court's April 14, 2008 Administrative Order directing the
collection of a Ten ($10.00) Dollar processing fees is TERMINATED,
effective immediately.
